The British government is experiencing a crisis because a few of its key ministers and seventy MPs have been demanding that Prime Minister Keir Starmer step down or announce his departure from office. Though a few of the cabinet ministers continue to support him, other cabinet ministers have been of the view that he has been losing their confidence due to poor electoral performance.
